An apparatus and a method for modulating a microphone audio signal are provided to modulate an audio signal of a user variously, by mixing the audio signal with an audio frequency corresponding to a specific person. A digital conversion unit(30) converts a microphone audio signal into a digital signal. A synthesizing unit(31) synthesizes a frequency of the converted digital signal with a modulation reference audio frequency read from a memory by the selection of a user. A compression unit(32) compresses the frequency-synthesized digital signal to an audio frame. A compensation unit(33) compensates data length of the compressed audio frame. An analog conversion unit(34) converts the compensated audio frame into an analog signal, and then outputs the analog signal to a speaker. |
