A system and a method for compensating in-service invention of retired employees are provided to integrally analyze, offer, and manage compensation for the in-service invention of the retired employees. An in-service compensator(210) extracts current state information on the basis of the in-service invention data after receiving the in-service invention data from the retired employees and extracts an in-service invention compensation result according to in-service invention compensation analysis based on the current state information. A data storing part(220) stores the data for calculating the in-service invention compensation result. The in-service compensator includes an in-service compensation extractor extracting the state information from the in-service invention data inputted from each retired employee terminal(100-1~100-n), an in-service compensation analyzer performing the in-service compensation from the state information by using the data stored in the data storing part, and an in-service compensation controller.
