<p>The method involves detecting an attempt of installation of a program on a local computer system (3). A program identifier is analyzed, by the local computer system and/or an administrator computer system (2) and/or an external certification computer system to find whether a user has corresponding previously listed rights. Information authorizing installation of the program on the system (3) is delivered or not based on analysis result. The program identifier is a hash. The local computer system and/or the administrator computer system and/or the external certification computer system include any types of computers, servers, personal digital assistants, terminals such as fixed or mobile telephones, intelligent apparatuses such as electric household appliance, or multimedia apparatus or embedded computer systems. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a program comprising codes executable by a computer in a manner execute all steps of a program installation controlling method (B) a computer system executing a program.</p> |
