A sheet for preventing attachment of advertisement is provided to efficiently prevent attachment of illegal adverts and to embody unique advertising effect and beautiful decoration function by preparing the sheet with transparent acryl-urethane based resin and transparent beads. The sheet comprises a flat base sheet(10) on which public advertising content(20) is printed, and a transparent anti-sticking layer(30) made of microfine beads(31) and acryl-urethane based transparent resin is prepared by the steps of: printing desired design on the base sheet that comprises any of flex, PVC, PET, PC, PE and PP alone or in combination of two or more thereof then drying the printed sheet at 40-60deg.C for 35-40 hours; applying transparent acryl-urethane based resin on the printed sheet, spraying transparent beads on the coated sheet and curing the treated sheet at 20-70deg.C for 2-40 hours; attaching both-sided adhesive tape to the rear of the sheet and attaching a releasing sheet thereto; and cutting the completed sheet into desired size and shape.
