A caster assembly and a foldable table using the same are provided to be directly coupled to the lower end of a leg of a table without using separate supports or levers, to reduce the prime cost and to improve assembly productivity. The caster assembly includes a table leg connecting member(210), a caster frame(220) and wheels(230). The leg connecting member(210) has a leg connecting pipe portion(211), a support plate portion(212) having a brake rod ascending/descending guide hole(213), a table leg insertion space(214), and a horizontal rotation support shaft portion(215). The caster frame(220) has a cylindrical shaft(221) having a shaft hole(222) and a wheel support portion(223). The horizontal rotation support shaft portion(215) is inserted into the shaft hole(222). The wheels(230) are installed on both sides of the caster frame(220).
