A semi-automatic slide hinge device using a magnet of a slide phone is provided to use magnetized elements arrayed in proper relation for semi-automatic movement of the slide phone, thus a device for a separate semi-automatic action is unnecessary. An upper frame(10) is combined with a lower side of a slide unit, and is equipped with guide rails(17) extended in sliding direction on both sides. A lower frame(20) is combined with an upper side of a body unit, and is applied with one of N and S polarities as doing sliding motion along the guide rails(17). Dampers(30) are located in both sections of the guide rails(17), and absorb shock at mobile restriction points of the lower frame(20) to stop the lower frame(20), then are applied with opposite polarities to the lower frame(20).
