<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of chitosan having physiological activities such as cholesterol controlling action at the risk of the constipation side action to cause the difficulty in continuous administration in certain people and the problems of a constipation ameliorating food containing Aloe arborescens extract and chitosan, effective simply for ameliorating constipation, useless for the continuous administration of chitosan and causing side action of aloe such as soft feces and diarrheain certain people, and develop a safe chitosan composition enabling continuous administration of chitosan without causing the constipation side action, free from the side action of diarrhea, etc., by the compounded drug and enabling the administration of the composition for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The composition solving the above problems contains chitosan in combination with (a) hempseed oil and/or (b) seed of Cassia obtusifolia L. or Cassia tora L. or its extract. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
