<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new safe cosmetic composition which contains a plant extract as an active ingredient and is used for pimples. <P>SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition for pimples is characterized by containing a lipase activity inhibitor containing a Clematis vitalba L.(= C.brevicaudata DC.) extract. The cosmetic composition of the present invention has a lipase activity-inhibiting action, can improve pimples/eczema/skin roughening, is safe, even when internally or externally used for human or animals, and can be applied to all forms of preparations (medicines, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, foods). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
