ACCESS ROUTER DEVICE, MOBILITY CONTROL SYSTEM AND MOBILITY CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve transfer of a mobility control node across between constituted local networks without adding functions to a mobile terminal in network configuration in which the mobility control node is arranged in a network, a packet is transferred by a basic IP mobility protocol from a communication partner to the mobility control node and transfer in the local network managed by the mobility control node is supported.

SOLUTION: The mobility control node to be provided to the mobile terminal by a trigger which reports that the mobile terminal transfers from the mobile terminal to the network is specified, in the case of HO across between mobility control nodes, network information before transfer is reported in place of network information which should originally be reported. Thus, the mobile terminal judges the transfer as the transfer in the same network and can continue communication without performing address generation procedure.
