<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washer-dryer using a dish washer-dryer which processes washing, rinsing or drying of tableware or the like by sequence control, jointly with a storage type hot water supply device operated by a heat pump unit or the like with electric power and heating supplied water until reaching a target heat storage quantity commanded by a control device and storing it in a hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: The dish washer-dryer which carries out washing operation, rinsing operation and drying operation by sequence control is connected to the storage type hot water supply device through a hot water supply pipe and a heat exchanger. The dish washer-dryer is capable of utilizing heat of drain drained after the washing process and rinsing process of tableware or the like and heat of exhaust exhausted by drying after the washing/rinsing process of the tableware or the like, as a heat source of the storage type hot water supply device through each heat exchanger. Steam, malodor and mildew caused by drainage and exhaust can be simultaneously solved in addition to effective utilization of drain heat and exhaust heat from the dish washer-dryer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
