<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a user's burden by automatically journalizing, even if only a debtor account title is inputted, journal data of a counter side. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises an account title information storage device 2 storing debtor account titles and creditor account titles in association with each other; an input part 1 inputting data for a debtor account title and an amount of money; a first retrieval means 4a retrieving the storage device 2 using an inputted account title to acquire a counter account title; a registration means 4c storing the input data in a journalizing specification storage device 3; and a second retrieval means 4b retrieving the counter account title of former data stored in the storage device 3 and determining whether it is matched to the counter account tile by the first retrieval means 4a. When the both are matched as a result by the second retrieval means 4b, the registration means 4c adds and stores the amount inputted to the input part 1 to the amount of the former data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
