PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable communication stations belonging to adjacent network groups each established by the notification of a beacon to perform necessary data exchange while avoiding interference.

SOLUTION: The communication stations in a group set one beacon period to operate the network group. The mobile station acquires a beacon period or a reserved region of the other group existing therearound, sets the own reserved region while avoiding these regions, and enter into the other group as necessary to exchange necessary data. A device shared by a plurality of users does not belong to a specific group, and a communication station belonging to the other group temporarily enters into the beacon period as necessary to exchange the data.
