PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communication equipment, a radio communication system, a base station, and a method for assigning network resources, wherein generation of mutual interference between networks is suppressed as much as possible, and use efficiency of the network resources is enhanced even when one frequency band is used by adopting a common TTD-CDMA system to communication in an ad hoc network and a mobile communication network. SOLUTION: In the network resources usable in a communication area of the base station 30, a ratio of the network resources used for communication of the mobile communication network is denoted as an amount X of loading, use ratio Z of the network resources used for the communication in the ad hoc network is set according to the amount X of loading and the communication in the ad hoc network is performed within a set range.
