PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inner hanging spectacle frames which are easily changeable in appearance according to TPO (Time, Place, Occasion) and are highly tasteful, and spectacle frame sets. SOLUTION: The inner hanging spectacle frames 200, 200A to 200E, 200X include, in the state of being mounted on the spectacle frames 100, 100', 100", a pair of right and left eyewires 210, 210A, 210X to be superposed on the rear surfaces of the front frames 110, 110', 110" and bridges 230, 230A, 230X which are bridges 220, 220A, 220X connecting the eyewires 210, 210A, 210X and are supported at clings 150, 150', 150" interposed between front frames 110, 110', 110" and pads 140, 140', 140" for nose pads.
