PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device capable of enhancing display effect utilizing the time when switching a display content. SOLUTION: Besides display data (D1), (D2) for notification of information, appeal data K1a-K1d for enhancing the display effect are stored in a data memory of the information display device. When switching the display content of a display part from the display data (D1) to the display data (D2), a CPU controlling the information display device performs the display by left-scrolling the new display data (D2). At that time, the appeal data K1a-K1d are also displayed on the left side of the display data (D2).
