PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a building unit for joining to a foundation capable of securely preventing a grout from leaking through a clearance between the lower surface of a floor beam and the foundation. SOLUTION: The upper parts of anchor bolts 3 are inserted into insertion holes 15 in the floor beam 10 of the foundation unit 8 placed on the upper end surface 1a of the foundation (continuous foundation 1), and the grout is filled in the clearance between the inner surfaces of the bolt insertion holes 15 and the anchor bolts 3. The floor beam 10 is fixedly joined to the foundation (continuous foundation 1) by threadedly tightening nuts 19 onto the upper parts of the anchor bolts 3 projected from the floor beam (lower plate part 10a). Further, the upper parts of the anchor bolts 3 are inserted into an annular elastic member 5a interposed between the foundation (continuous foundation 1) and the floor beam 10, an annular space 6 is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the annular elastic member 5a and the anchor bolts 3, and the grout 16 is filled in the annular space 6.
