PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking device of a cabinet which does not cause displacement of an output shaft when rotating the output shaft of an electrical actuator by rotating an accommodating member through key operation of a cylinder lock. SOLUTION: The locking/unlocking device 3 of the cabinet 1 operates locking/unlocking by connecting the electrical actuator 26 for rotating the output shaft 27 through an electric signal with the cylinder lock 11 rotated by the key operation. The electrical actuator 26 is accommodated and fixed to the accommodating member 13 rotating integrally with a rotating shaft 12 of the cylinder lock 11 and the output shaft 27 of the electrical actuator 26 is rotated by rotation of the accommodating member 13, and locking/locking detection means 24a, 24b for detecting a locking/unlocking state by detecting rotational position of the output shaft 27 are provided. A support member 33 for rotatably supporting at least an outer peripheral part of the accommodating member 13 on the output shaft side is attached to a fixing member 15 for fixing the cylinder lock 11.
