PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift pedal device and a saddle riding type vehicle capable of adjusting a mounting angle in a rotational direction of a shift axis without disturbing operability of a shift pedal by a rider. SOLUTION: The shift pedal 40 includes a front pedal portion 410 placed on a front side in a vehicle advancing direction of the saddle riding type vehicle, a rear pedal portion 420 placed further backward more than the front pedal portion 410 in the vehicle advancing direction of the saddle riding type vehicle, a connecting portion 430 for connecting the front pedal portion 410 and the rear pedal portion 420. A shift pedal angle is formed by the front pedal portion 410 and the rear pedal portion 420, and is constituted as variable with the connecting portion 430 as a center.
