A portable terminal with a supporting member for supporting substrates and a camera is provided to allow the camera, a main substrate, and a sub substrate to be supported and fixed through the supporting member, thereby cutting down components and the number of assembling processes. A terminal body(110) is equipped. A main substrate(141) is received inside the terminal body(110). A sub substrate(142) is disposed on one certain side to be separated from the main substrate(141) at certain intervals, in thickness direction of the main substrate(141). A supporting member(143) is interposed between the substrates(141,142) to support the sub substrate(142), and wherein at least a portion of a camera(150) for photographing an object is received and fixed therein.
