A disk healer is provided to help recovery of a disk by removing a pressure between the lumbars and relieving a ligament by repeatedly performing a function that physically lifts the waist up and down, and to give a fomentation effect by installing an electric heater in a waist support part. The disk healer includes: a waist support part(100) coming in contact with the waist of the body; a lifting device(300) comprising a support part(310), a screw bar support shaft(320), a screw gear, a motor gear, a motor, and a gear housing(330), and lifting the waist support part at a desired speed and height; a control device(500) for controlling the waist support part and the lifting device; housings(400,400') for wrapping the lifting device; and a holder(200) for holding and connecting the devices at the flat bottom.
