A wig having nano-silver cap with favorable anti-microbial activity is provided to represent anti-bacterial and sterilization effect to hair and head skin, thereby protecting the head skin from dermatitis due to bacteria, by fabricating nets and/or laces with nano-silver fiber and using the nets or laces on cap part of the wig. The wig comprises a wig cap(100) in a convex form similar to skull of the head, which includes the nano-silver net, and multiple hairs(200) transplanted from surface of the wig toward the outside of the wig. The nano-silver based net becomes entire or some portion of the wig cap. Otherwise the net becomes entire or some portion of crown part(110) of the wig cap. The wig cap includes multiple laces(131) containing nano-silver attached to the net from the crown part toward back of the head(130) in the wig cap over an area from temporal part(120) to the back of the head(130) at constant intervals of 2 to 4cm.
