A lid of a mineral water is provided to prevent foreign material from coming into the inside of the vacant mineral water bottle during collecting the vacant mineral water by providing excellent restoring power of a cutting member with a reinforcing portion. In the lid of a mineral water, plural cutting inducement portions(100) are formed on the interior surface of the lid. When the lid of the mineral water is coupled with the inlet of a cool and hot water device, the plural cutting inducement portions(100) are cut and cutting members(200) of the lid get divided and opened. On the interior surface of the cutting member(200), an reinforcing portion(1) is formed to restore the cutting member(200) to its original position. The reinforcing portion(1) is formed to be slant upwardly from the vertex of the cutting member to the outer side.
