A structure of an exhaust part in a gas oven is provided to forbid a user to put kitchenware on the exhaust part by forming one grille to be larger than the other grilles, and to prevent a fire by restricting the kitchenware from being put on the exhaust part. A structure of an exhaust part(44) of a gas oven includes an exhaust frame(46) having a passage for discharging combustion gas, and a grille assembly(50) provided with plural grilles(50a) guiding discharge of gas and a projection grille(50b) protruded upward to be more than the grille and installed in the exhaust frame. The grilles and the projection grilles are inclined in the grille assembly. The projection grilles are placed in the middle of the exhaust frame. The entire length of the grille assembly is reinforced by connecting the grille to the projection grille with a rib(50c). The grille assembly is inserted to a flow space(48) of the exhaust frame, and the exhaust part is connected to an exhaust duct(42).
