A tension head of a strand and a construction method of a concrete structure thereof are provided to minimize the waste of resources and costs by reusing a tension block after disjoining a distorted wedge coupling ring after tension work and using a high-priced tension head semi-permanently. A tension head of a strand(2) comprises a tension block(10) provided with plural insertion holes(14) penetrated from one end to the other end and hanging projections formed on the inner circumference of the insertion hole, a wedge coupling ring(20) inserted to the insertion hole of the tension block and suspended on the hanging projection of the insertion hole, and a wedge(30) inserted to the wedge coupling ring and composed of plural wedge pieces(32) divided by cutting open longitudinally and taper parts(34) adhered closely to an incline(22) of the wedge coupling ring. A construction method of a concrete structure using the tension head of a strand comprises the steps of inserting a strand into an insertion hole of a tension block, inserting a wedge coupling ring between the outer circumference of the strand and the insertion hole of the tension block, inserting a wedge between the wedge coupling ring and the strand, and tensioning the strand by pulling the tension block using a tensioner.
