COLOR FILTER AND THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A color filter and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the bleeding defect due to overflowing of color filter ink into neighboring pixels, by manufacturing the color filter ink to include wax beads. A color filter ink material containing wax beads(35) is prepared, wherein the color filter ink is ejected in an inkjet printing type. A black matrix(32) for defining pixels is formed on one surface of a substrate(31). Transparent electrodes corresponding to respective pixels are formed on an opposite surface of the substrate. The color filter ink material is injected into an inkjet head(36), and ejected in respective pixels through the inkjet head. A predetermined voltage is applied between the inkjet head and the transparent electrodes so that the ejected color filter ink material is accurately injected in respective pixels.
