A particle discharging device of an HDD(Hard Disc Drive) and the HDD with the same are provided to guide floating air containing fine particles to the outside of a disc and efficiently remove the particles on the disc. A particle discharging device has a cover member of an HDD and an air guide member(170). The air guide member(170) is attached to a lower surface of the cover member toward a disc(120) to form an air path for guiding floating air generated by the rotation of the disc(120) to the outside of the disc(120). A cross-section of a floating air outlet part is less than a cross-section of a floating air inlet part of the air path formed along an outer circumference of the air guide member(170).
