<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a wall material and a ceiling material different in thickness and to attain easy and reliable mounting. <P>SOLUTION: This socket 10 for an air supply/exhaust register comprises a tubular socket body 11 having a register mounting port 12 and a duct connection port 13 at both ends, and a pair of flanged nuts 21a, 21b having flange parts 22 with an outer diameter dimension larger than the inner diameter of an air supply/exhaust port. An external thread part 14 is provided at the outer periphery of the register mounting side of the socket body 11, and internal thread parts are provided at the inner peripheries of the flanged nuts 21a, 21b. The internal thread parts are screwed with the external thread part 14 to hold the wall material or ceiling material by the flange parts 22, 22 of the flanged nuts 21a, 21b from both sides of the wall material or ceiling material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
