<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promoting apparatus capable of contributing to health promotion by improving the metabolism of the body without applying a voltage or forcing exercise to a user and having the function of accelerating vegetable growth together. <P>SOLUTION: The health promoting apparatus comprises: a first housing 1 where a person can enter and leave; a negative pressure generator 2 for generating a negative pressure inside the first housing; an air suction part 3 for sucking air inside the first housing; a ventilation part 4 for allowing the passing of fixed air from the outside of the first housing to the inside and maintaining a negative pressure state in a prescribed range; a discharge port 15 of sucked air from the air suction part 3 provided on the negative pressure generator; and a second housing 21 where an air intake part 23 communicating with the discharge port is provided, the air which has passed through the first housing is supplied and vegetables are housed and cultivated.
