LIVING BODY SIMULATION SYSTEM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical means for finding a parameter of a living body model corresponding to an individual patient.

SOLUTION: This living body simulation system has: an internal parameter set generation part generating an internal parameter set constituting the living body model; and a living body model arithmetic part calculating output of the living body model simulating a living body response of a living organ on the basis of the generated internal parameter set. The internal parameter set generation part has: a means automatically generating a plurality of different internal parameter sets; and a selection means deciding approximation between the output of the living body model calculated by applying the automatically generated internal parameter set and the actual living body response corresponding to the output to select the proper internal parameter set from the plurality of generated internal parameter sets.
