PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample keeping bag excellent in printing appearance and printing durability, not causing the contamination on its printing surface due to the impregnation of the liquid component contained in a sample, preventing the slip-down of the sample at the time of sampling, simple in its constitution and its manufacturing method, easily opened at the time of insertion of the sample, enhanced in the easiness of sampling work and suitable for a traceability system. SOLUTION: This bag-like sample keeping sheet is constituted by joining the outer peripheral end parts (3) of the sheets A(1) and sheet B(2), both of which are based on polyolefin, of a laminate so as to leave a part of non-bonded parts becoming the opening part (4) of a bag. A hill form holding part (6), which is protruded toward the outside of the bag and crosses the outer periphery (5) of the opening part, is provided to at least either one of the sheets A(1) and B(2).
