PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for gripping sheet like articles and a hanger and a hanging device using it for holding sheet like articles including bags for garbage and articles and a sun shade, panel type materials including a box type container, a bulletin board and articles in various forms and sizes and the like in an easily detachable manner without causing slipping or coming-off. SOLUTION: The hanger with a connection auxiliary material for sheet like articles and articles and the hanging device using the hanger are composed of the clip K1 for gripping the sheet like articles formed by bending an inside pinching part 1a and an outside pinching part 1b of a pair of pinching pieces 1, facing each other inward to mutually overlap, making a notch in the inside pinching part 1a and bending it outward and thrusting the outside pinching part 1b and meshing it with the base end 21 of the notch, a linear connection member 2 connected to a hanging hole of the clip and the connection auxiliary material 53 composed of either of two confronting adhesive tapes 61, sheet like articles 71 or 91 or a band like material 81.
