PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a partition wall capable of improving construction efficiency and reducing a construction cost. SOLUTION: In the partition wall 4 formed by positioning a plurality of fixed form wall panels 10 and a deformed wall panel 12 in wall panel erection positions P set in a building, a plurality of fixed form wall panels 10 are carried in the building after they are formed into a predetermined form in advance to consecutively position them from one end section to the other end section of the wall panel erection positions in due order, and when the fixed form wall panel 10 finally installed to the wall panel erection positions P in a plurality of fixed form wall panels 10 can not be installed to the wall panel erection positions P, the deformed wall panel 12 is formed while adjusting dimensions in the building as a construction site of the partition wall 4 to suit a form enabling it to be installed to the wall panel erection positions P, and the deformed wall panel 12 to be formed is installed to the wall panel erection positions P.
