PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament that can readily be produced with reduced material cost. SOLUTION: A belt-shaped cloth 22 is wound spirally around the outer peripheral face of the shaft 12 and the side edge of the belt-shaped cloth is fixed with an adhesive. The edge cloth of the other side of the adhesive agent 23 is previously cut off in the longitudinal direction.
