摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an energy loss when actuators in a work machine system circuit are not operated. SOLUTION: The work machine system circuit 21 comprises the plurality of actuators, a plurality of control valves 24 and 26 controlling these actuators, and pressure compensating valves 30 and 31 keeping constant requested flow rates determined according to the changed amount of the control valves irrespective of the load pressures of the actuators. The maximum load pressure of the actuators in the work machine system circuit 21 or a load pressure in a steering system circuit 19, whichever comes higher, is led into one of the pilot chambers of a regulator. Control pressure chambers 30a, 30b, 31a, and 31b are formed on both sides of the pressure compensating valves, and a spring is installed in one of the control pressure chambers. The maximum load pressure of the actuators or the pressure in the steering system circuit, whichever comes higher, is led into one of the control pressure chambers of the pressure compensating valves, and the load pressures of the actuators are led into the other control pressure chamber.
