PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching/detaching tool capable of attaching/detaching a window frame to/from an alarm window of a control board with excellent workability and reliability. SOLUTION: The attaching/detaching tool is equipped with a sucker 11 sucking the window frame 3 insertably mounted to the alarm window 2 of the control board 1, a relay member 12 fixing the sucker 11 on the front face, a hollow telescopic connection handle 13 detachably connecting the relay member 12 at the tip end, and an operation string 15 manually deforming the peripheral edge part of the sucker 11. The operation string 15 is derived out from the rear end of the telescopic connection handle 13 from the sucker 11 through the relay member 12 and the telescopic connection handle 13, and the derivation part is pulled by a hand.
