PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted handsfree device which can dissolve inconvenience when transferring to a high speed running condition in a short time after receiving handsfree termination in a low speed running condition. SOLUTION: When a driver's portable telephone has a termination call, the vehicle is in a low speed running (S1:YES), the present location is under congestion (S2:YES), and it is presumed that the low speed running continues longer than a presumed time beforehand (S3:YES), the handsfree termination is permitted (S4). When the partner disconnects the telephone line, the conversation finishes (S5). On the other hand, when the congestion is predicted to be solved in a short time (S3:NO), the handsfree termination is rejected, and a predetermined message is sent to the partner (S7). Therefore, if the vehicle transfers to high speed running after termination to the portable telephone in the low speed running condition, the handsfree termination is rejected.
