An image forming device and a system for preventing document reproduction are provided to permit only the task having an assigned access authority by sharing a printing data code and access authority information corresponding to each printing data with the image forming devices connected to the network. The first image forming device generates the printing data code for the printing data by receiving the printing data and the access authority information for the printing data from a host, and transmits the generated printing data code/access authority information. The second image forming device receives the printing data code/access authority information from the first image forming device. If a task request signal is inputted, the second image forming device performs only the task permitted by the access authority information. The first image forming device includes a host interface(120), a code generator(130) generating the printing data code for the printing data, a printing part(162), a network interface(140), and a controller(170).
