A connection structure for a prefab mold and a connection method thereof are provided to prevent respective panels from being bent and drooped, thereby achieving more uniform surface of a concrete structure. A connection structure for a prefab mold and a connection method thereof, comprises a sidewall panel(10), a slab panel(20), a corner reinforcing beam(30), a sidewall fixing member(40), and a slab fixing member(50). The sidewall panel is equipped with a vertical frame(11) arranged along the circumference thereof. The slab panel is equipped with a horizontal frame(21) arranged along the circumference thereof, in a manner that the horizontal frame is placed in an upper end of the sidewall panel. The corner reinforcing beam is disposed at an inner corner where the vertical frame and the horizontal frame are connected to each other, so as to reinforce the slab panel. The sidewall fixing member fixes the corner reinforcing beam to the vertical frame of the sidewall panel. The slab fixing member fixes the corner reinforcing beam to the horizontal frame of the slab panel.
