Provided is a composition for manufacturing effervescent tablets of Phellinus linteus, which is easily dissolved in tea and ingested into a human body and is usable as health food capable of enhancing an immunoactive function. The health care food composition comprises 100-300 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 80-160 parts by weight of citric acid, and 100-300 parts by weight of glyceryl monostearate, based on 100 parts by weight of water-soluble extract powder of Phellinus linteus. The composition is formulated into effervescent tablets in order to easily take the composition containing Phellinus linteus as a main material.
