A swash plate assembly of a compressor for a vehicle is provided to prevent oil leakage in the rapid rotation according to the formation of the oil path and the oil groove. A swash plate assembly of a compressor for a vehicle comprises a shaft(15) installed to fix the pulley receiving a magnet clutch as a unit receiving the power of the engine from the inner center of a housing(10) to the lateral direction; a swash plate(16) obliquely fixed with a predetermined angle for the shaft center of the shaft at the center of the shaft; a piston(14) formed with a receiving groove to receive the outer periphery of the swash plate and compress the refrigerant while reciprocating by the rotary swash plate; a shoe contacted at the upper and lower surfaces of the rotary swash plate and corresponded in shape with the pocket unit formed in the receiving groove of the piston to guide the piston to reciprocate by the rotation of the swash plate. The shoe is formed with an oil path whose center is bored to circulate the oil, and an oil groove at the swash plate surface contacted with the lower surface of the shoe to circulate the oil.
