A hand PC usable in a WiBro(Wireless Broadband) environment is provided to enable a user to use a PC in a remote place through the mobile Internet by connecting the small hand PC integrating a keyboard, a mouse, and a monitor with a mobile phone. A main frame is formed in a rectangular shape, has a cover foldable in a folder type, and forms an interface port connectable with the mobile phone at a side. A keypad(120) is formed to both inner side of the main frame, and is equipped with multiple character and function keys for user input. A touch panel mouse(130) is equipped with a touch panel, a click button, and a scroll bar button, and is extended at the side of the main frame. A display device(140) is formed to an upper side of the main frame by using an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) or an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) foldable in the folder type. A battery for supplying power to each component is installed to the main frame. A WiBro transceiving module and a control module are installed to the main frame.
