LID FOR MICROWAVE OVEN COOKING CONTAINER, MICROWAVE OVEN COOKING CONTAINER, AND PACKAGING BODY FOR MICROWAVE OVEN COOKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid for a cooking container which is swollen in an attractive shape and easily openable, and the cooking container and a packaging body using the same by which cooking by a microwave oven is allowed.

SOLUTION: The lid 10 is composed of a microwave-transmissive sheet, and has a through-hole 11 at its center. An overlapping layered part 12 is formed at a predetermined distance R from the through-hole 11 diagonally radially so that an overlapping portion is increased in size as being separated from the center. The lid 10 seals an opening of a microwave-transmissive container 30 consisting of a bottom wall 31 and a peripheral wall 32 raised from its peripheral edge to form a container for microwave oven cooking. A packaging body 1 is completed by storing a food 20 in the container 30.
