<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage hold circuit suitable for a semiconductor integrated circuit, and also to provide a sophisticated camera pre-processing LSI. <P>SOLUTION: A correlation double sampling circuit extracts a difference signal between a field-through part and a signal part of a pixel signal formed by a solid-state imaging element, an A/D converter circuit digitizes the extracted signal, and a logic circuit receiving the digital signal forms a signal to feed back a black level clamp signal to the correlation double sampling circuit. A circuit for capturing the input signal to a capacitor for a first timing period, receiving the voltage stored in the capacitor for a second timing period, using an inverting amplifier circuit to amplify the voltage and giving the amplified voltage to the capacitor is employed for the voltage holding circuit for holding the black level clamp signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
