PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to continuously transmit a large number of data in a transceiver for transmitting and receiving information. SOLUTION: The transceiver causes an electric field transmitting medium to induce an electric field based on information to be transmitted and detects the induced electric field to transmit and receive the information. The transceiver is provided with a transmission data detecting means for detecting transmission data output from a computer connected to the transceiver, and generating a mask signal synchronized with the period of the transmission data; a connection signal generating means for generating a connection signal for allowing the computer to maintain the output of the transmission data, at a predetermined timing; and an output means for allowing the connection signal to pass during the gate period of the mask signal and outputting the connection signal to the computer.
