<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion treatment system constituted so as to reduce emission of a malodorous smell and easy in maintenance and control. <P>SOLUTION: The excretion treatment system is constituted of a filter 31 having a stirrer 11, which is filled with a filter material 30 in order to ferment the solid component of excretion in a solid phase after excretion is separated into the solid component and a liquid component while aerobically treating the liquid component, and the liquid phase treatment tank 12 provided to the lower stage of the filter.
