PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine specifications in the case of outputting a video signal with common specifications from both an analog video image output terminal and an HDMI terminal. SOLUTION: In step S4, an image frame converting section determines which should be applied among twelve correspondence tables, based on whether an HDMI resolution acquired in processing of steps S2 and S3 has priority or D1/2/3/4 setting has priority and based on the specifications (resolution and aspect ratio) of a monitor connected to an HDMI I/F. Then, a D1/2/3/4 switching button acquired in processing of step S1 determines the resolution of a video signal by referring to the correspondence table determining which one is used among D1 to D4.
