<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless curable polyurethane resin composition that is a low viscous liquid at ordinary temperature so as not to require a heating step for dissolving a resin, exhibits good workability (processability), is suitable for manufacturing a sheet-like product such as a synthetic leather, has satisfactory properties as the synthetic leather, and contains no volatile organic substances, and a synthetic leather obtained using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solventless curable resin composition comprises an active hydrogen-containing high-molecular weight compound, a polyisocyanate and a catalyst, where the polyisocyanate is a prepolymer composed of an adduct of a short chain glycol having a molecular weight of at most 200 to a diisocyanate and has an isocyanate group content of 10-25% and the curable polyurethane resin composition has a free NCO group content of 1-4%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
