PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion composition for forming a silicone elastomer porous material, making it possible that dewatering properties of a liquid silicone rubber material is improved after cured. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsion composition for forming the silicone elastomer porous material contains the liquid silicone rubber material which is cured and forms a silicone elastomer, a surfactant, water, and a porous filler having a specific surface area of≥400 m<SP>2</SP>/g.
