PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ribbed structural member having excellent mechanical strength and facilitating the demolding of a molding machine, a cylindrical member using it and a molding method of the ribbed structural member. SOLUTION: The ribbed structural member 1 comprises a substrate 10 and a plurality of vertical ribs 15. The substrate 10 has first and second face plate parts 11 and 12 which are arranged so that the surfaces of them cross mutually in the width direction w10 of the substrate 10. The plurality of the vertical ribs 15 are protruded from the surfaces 111 and 121 or backs 112 and 122 of the first and second face plate parts 11 and 12 so as to mutually leave intervals in width directions w11 and w12 and extended in parallel to each other along the height direction h10 crossing the width directions w11 and w12 at a right angle.
