PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display regular site notification on a display means of a client PC when accessing a regular site. SOLUTION: This regular site notification program, so as to display the regular site notification on the display means 15 of a first computer 10, makes the first computer 10 function as: a storage means 14 associating and storing a domain name or an IP address of a second computer 30, and a regular site notification parameter including at least one of a character, a color and an image; a transmission/reception means 16 capable of transmitting transmission request of screen configuration information to the second computer 30, and receiving the screen configuration information transmitted from the second computer 30; and a parameter acquisition means reading the regular site notification parameter from the storage means 14 on the basis of the domain name or the IP address when receiving the screen configuration information, converting the read regular site notification parameter into a format to be received by a display program, and delivering the already converted regular site notification parameter to the display program.
